FragmaSense AS provides services for development based on following empirical experience.

Separation:

  • Evaluate three-phase separators with respect to flow distribution, optimum levels and efficiency of internals

  • Independent tests of production chemicals and separation equipment

  • Identify and evaluate influence from solids and precipitation products

  • Evaluate separation potential for crude oil systems

  • Use of fluid characterization to identify potential separation issues when tie in of new fields are evaluated

Produced water:

  • Optimize three-phase separators regarding water quality

  • Optimize performance of hydrocyclones, flotation vessels and degassers

  • Optimize produced water systems efficiency  by sampling, analysis and theoretical evaluations

  • Test and optimize produced water chemicals

  • Analyze consequences of routing of oily water reject streams

 Gas systems:

  • Identify liquid carry-over from separators and scrubbers by use of novel sampling technique and identify various liquid phases in gas

  • Quantify liquid carry-over by use of radioactive tracers

  • Troubleshoot dew point contactors and improve glycol quality
